Cookbook Club: July Edition, Big Night

Join us on Thursday, July 24th from 6:30-8:30pm in the Classroom for our inaugural Cookbook Club! Every month, we’ll gather to go over a cookbook hand-selected by Barbara. It’s part conversation, part tasting, and part inspiration session. 

Our first pick and very righteously one of Barbara’s favorite books: Big Night by Katherine Lewin. This is not only a perfect primer on casual entertaining, it’s just fun to read, and the recipes don’t disappoint.

We'll talk through the key techniques and consistencies you’ll want to know to get the best results, then sit down together to taste, review, and take notes. You’ll leave full, inspired, and excited to bring the book to life in your own kitchen.

A copy of the cookbook is included with your class. Menu may include:

1. Chicken Milanese with Dressed Greens
2. Butter Beans & Tomatoes
3. Corn & Strawberry Pop-By Cake
